When you place an order to purchase products or services from us, we will send you an e-mail to confirm the receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase products or services which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we have despatched that product to you (the " Despatch Confirmation E-mail" ). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Despatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Despatch Confirmation E-mail to have been despatched do not form part of that contract.
Please review our Returns Policy, this applies to products and services purchased from us. Customers in the United Kingdom are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days. Please note that exceptions apply to this and you should read the policy in full.
When ordering on our website, please ensure there will be someone available at your chosen delivery address to sign for all parcels as they will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We send out a despatch notice on the date the orders are sent out. Most deliveries will arrive the day following the despatch notice e-mail.
If you are not available on the first delivery attempt, your parcel will be retained at the specified Royal Mail depot for one week to be collected. You may be able to arrange a second delivery depending on your delivery area.

We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit: as you are responsible for returning the items to us, we recommend sending the packages by Special Delivery and ensuring you have adequate cover in place with the Post Office.
Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.
When you send your item back to us (or when we collect the item from you), we will examine and process the returned item and then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund to be made to your card when we have received your return.
Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, in accordance with our returns policy, because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us (either via arranging a collection from your chosen address by our couriers, or by refunding your return postage costs).
We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item(s) and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

If goods are not ready to be collected when our courier arrives, the collection will not be possible and we will be notified of this by our courier. If this occurs, arranging a second collection will incur an £ 11 charge which may be applied against any refund due.

Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge. We cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.
